棕剛玉簡介

      棕剛玉，俗名又稱金剛砂，是用礬土、碳素材料、鐵屑三種原料在電爐中經過融化還原而制得的棕褐色人造剛玉，故為此名。棕剛玉主要化學成份是AL2O3，其含量在94.5-97，另含有少量的Fe，Si，Ti等。
    棕剛玉是以鋁礬土、焦碳（無煙煤）為主要原料，在電弧爐內經高溫冶煉而成，用它制成的磨具，適于磨削抗張較高的金屬，如各種通用鋼材、可鍛鑄鐵、硬青銅等，也可制造高級耐火材料。棕剛玉具有純度高，結晶好，流動性強，線膨脹系數低，耐腐蝕的特點。經數十家耐火生產企業實踐驗證，該產品在應用過程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不開裂的特點。尤其是其遠高于傳統棕剛玉的性價比，更使之成為棕剛玉質耐火材料的較佳骨料和填充料。
    棕剛玉主成分是氧化鋁，分等級也就用鋁含量來區分， 鋁含量越低也就硬度越低了。
    產品粒度按國際標準以及各國標準生產，可按用戶要求粒度進行加工。通用粒度號為F4F320，其化學成份視粒度大小而不同。突出的特點是晶體尺寸小耐沖擊，因用自磨機 加工破碎，顆粒多為球狀顆粒，表面干潔，易于結合劑結合。

棕剛玉特點

      棕剛玉具有純度高，結晶好，流動性強，線膨脹系數低，耐腐蝕的特點。該產品在應用過程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不開裂的特點。尤其是其遠高于傳統剛玉的性價比，更使之成為棕剛玉質耐火材料的較佳骨料和填充料。 

      產品粒度按國際標準以及各國標準生產，可按用戶要求粒度進行加工。通用粒度號為 P4FP320，其化學成份視粒度大小而不同。突出的特點是晶體尺寸小耐沖擊，因用自磨機 加工破碎，顆粒多為球狀顆粒，棕剛玉具有純度高，質地致密，棧積密度大，自銳性強，韌性好，磁性物含量特低的特點，用其制成的磨具磨削鋒利，發熱率低，磨削比高，且使用時沾附少；制成的燒結磨具具有燒成后顏色深藍、不起網狀裂紋、無銹斑的特點，適用于制造陶瓷、樹脂高固結磨具以及研磨、拋光等。 

      棕剛玉因其硬度高，韌性好，多用為磨削材料，是較基本的磨料之一。

棕剛玉用途
     棕剛玉稱作工業的牙齒：主要用在耐火材料，砂輪，噴砂 。
      1、噴砂棕剛玉
噴砂磨料硬度適中，棧積密度高，無游離二氧化硅，比重大，韌性好,是理想的“環保”型噴砂材料，廣泛應用于鋁型材，銅型材玻璃，水洗牛仔服精密模具等領域；
      2、自由研磨
研磨級磨料，應用于顯像管、光學玻璃、單晶硅、鏡片、鐘表用玻璃、水晶玻璃、玉器等領域的自由研磨，是國內普遍采用的高級研磨材料；
      3、樹脂磨具
磨料具有顏色合適、硬度好、有韌性、合適的顆粒斷面類型和刃口保持度，應用于樹脂磨具，效果理想；
