鉻剛玉簡介
鉻剛玉呈粉紅色，硬度與白剛玉近似，韌性比白剛玉高。用鉻剛玉制造的磨具，耐用度好，磨加工光潔度高。適用于量具、機床主軸、儀表零件、螺紋工件及樣板磨等精密磨削。鉻剛玉是以冶金級鉻綠和工業氧化鋁為原料，以在2000以上高溫條件下發生化學反應，而獲得高級鉻剛玉。產品具有較好的高溫熱化穩定性，耐沖刷性，抗侵蝕性和耐磨性。
鉻剛玉澆注料用于球頂及錐底，澆注料和磚相比具有以下優點：無灰縫，即整體性好。施工方便，特別是復雜結構的施工，方便快捷、省工、省時、省力。澆注料的抗氣體侵蝕性強，同時由于體積密度大于2.95g/cm3，使澆注料具有很好的氣密性。
鉻剛玉生產工藝

鉻剛玉用途
1、鉻剛玉呈粉紅色、硬度高、韌性高、純度高、自銳性優、磨削力強、發熱量小、效率高、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫、熱穩定性好等特點。
2、理想的噴砂，適用于五金、玻璃、鋅合金、鋁合金、不銹剛、高碳剛、高速剛等噴砂處理。尤其是噴薄壁工件效果明顯，工件不變色，加工光潔度高。
3、對硅片、光學鏡頭 、精密儀器儀表、拋光玻殼、玻璃器皿、陶瓷石料、皮革、 塑料、金屬機件能提高光潔度。
